Question:
Last week I was walking by my neighbor's cubicle and he was playing a racy DVD on his computer! Granted it was lunchtime and I didn't want to stop and ask what he was watching, but this activity seems inappropriate for the office. It also makes me feel a little uncomfortable working with him and we're on the same team. What should I do? Accidental Peek

Dr. Wally's Answer:
As you've discovered, the workplace is full of people with bad
judgment. I suggest you tell him what you accidentally observed along
with how easy it would have been for the boss to happen by. Maybe a
little embarrassment and fear will clue him in. If you see it again,
explain to the boss what is happening and ask him or her to observe
what is happening.
